RoofWithRiley ("we", "us", or "our") is a roofing lead-matching service operated in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We connect homeowners seeking roofing services with licensed, vetted local roofing contractors. We are not a roofing company. Contact us at hello@roofwithriley.com.

2. Information we collect

From homeowners when you submit a quote request:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• City and ZIP code
• Information about your roofing situation (damage type, timeline, insurance status)

From contractors when you register or set up billing:

• Company name, contact name, email, and phone number
• Service areas
• Payment card details — processed and stored securely by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.

Automatically when you use our website:

• IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via standard server logs)
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics at this time.

3. How we use your information

• Homeowners: We use your contact details and roofing information solely to match you with and introduce you to up to 3 local contractors. We notify you by email that contractors will be reaching out.
• Contractors: We use your information to manage your account, route leads to you, and process payments for leads received.
• Both: We may send transactional emails (e.g. confirmation, lead notification). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

4. How we share your information

We share homeowner information only with the specific contractor(s) we route your request to. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with advertising networks, data brokers, or any third party not involved in fulfilling your request.

We use the following service providers who may process your data:

• Supabase — database hosting (your data is stored in the United States)
• Stripe — payment processing for contractor billing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data retention

We retain homeowner lead data for up to 2 years to support contractor follow-up and dispute resolution. Contractor account data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 2 years for financial record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@roofwithriley.com.

You may contact us at any time to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of any communications

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.
