1. About RoofWithRiley

RoofWithRiley ("we", "us", or "our") is a lead-matching service that connects homeowners seeking roofing services with licensed, insured local roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor and we do not perform any roofing work. By using our website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. For homeowners

When you submit a quote request through our website:

• Our service is completely free for homeowners. You will never be charged.
• You authorise us to share your contact information and roofing details with up to 3 local roofing contractors.
• You consent to being contacted by those contractors by phone, email, or text regarding your roofing project.
• We do not guarantee the quality, licensing, pricing, or work of any contractor we match you with. All contracts and agreements are solely between you and the contractor.
• You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to authorise roofing work on the property described.
• Information you provide must be accurate. Submitting false or fraudulent requests is prohibited.

3. For contractors

By registering as a contractor on RoofWithRiley, you agree to the following:

3.1 Eligibility

You represent that your business holds all required licences and insurance to perform roofing work in the areas you serve. We reserve the right to remove contractors who do not meet these requirements.

3.2 Lead pricing and billing

• Leads are priced based on quality tier: Hot leads — $60, Warm leads — $30, Cold leads — $0 (complimentary).
• Charges are applied to your saved payment card automatically when a lead is routed to you.
• By saving a payment card, you authorise us to charge that card for leads received.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You are subject to Stripe's terms in addition to these terms.

3.3 Lead quality and refunds

• We make reasonable efforts to verify that leads represent genuine homeowners seeking roofing services.
• We do not guarantee that a homeowner will respond, proceed with work, or hire you.
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for demonstrably invalid leads (e.g. incorrect contact information, duplicate leads). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the lead by emailing hello@roofwithriley.com.
• No refund will be issued simply because the homeowner chose a different contractor.

3.4 Conduct

• You agree to contact homeowners in a professional manner and only for the purpose of quoting the roofing project described.
• You may not use homeowner data for any other marketing purpose.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate contractor accounts for violations of these terms or unprofessional conduct.

4. No warranty

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular lead will result in a completed job. We make no representations about the contractors in our network beyond what is stated on our website.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofWithRiley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our service or any roofing work performed by a contractor. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the amount paid by that party to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by RoofWithRiley and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allen County, Indiana.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
